Meditation is the beautiful practice of surrendering oneself to that which is Absolute and infinitely intelligent.

Meditation is also a beautiful invitation to just breathe and feel your very own essential self as a human being and when that breathing takes you deeper and opens you more and more, you experience your spiritual self, your spirit as embodied or otherwise.

Meditation is a very individual practice. It can calm you, soothe you, heal you, enlighten you, reveal to you, inspire you, guide you and empower you. It is core discipline when you walk the spiritual path.
